Apply Design Thinking in building ITRecruit Platform
Understanding that ITRecruit is about to enter such a fierce competitive market, ITRecruit has applied Design Thinking Process so that the platform is designed and developed in the most effective way.
We start with conducting user research to have an empathetic understanding of the problem we are trying to solve from users' perspective. Afterward, our designers have come up with wireframe and high fidelity prototype. The prototype was tested and refined before our teams settled on the best approach and moved to the development phase.
Design
Responsive Website Design is a must in this project. We need to ensure applications and platforms work seamlessly across desktop, mobile, tablet and other devices for our clients.
Ensuring the consistency among design elements for such a complex system is a challenge to us. A design system is built to ensure to solve the above challenge, which helps deliver better usability and reflect corporate brand personality - innovative, straight-forward and integrity
Develop
A range of technologies were put to use throughout the project.
The web application was built based on Loopback Framework (Extensible NodeJS and TypeScript) (Back-end), ReactJS (Front-end) and MySQL powered the database.
Artificial Inteligence was applied to provide the best search result output. Solr, which is highly reliable, scalable and fault tolerant, providing distributed indexing, replication and load-balanced querying, automated failover and recovery, centralized configuration and more was used to support for seamless search behavior.
